Packed and ready to go!
Anastasia and Rufus are already packed for their trip to visit relatives this weekend… plus school has early release today! Safe travels Pickering family:)
Morning rush
Pickles woke up and then fell back to sleep this morning. Rufus knows to stay out of the way when she is rushing around. He will still get to walk his best friend to the bus stop, so he’s hanging out with dad until then:)
A great weekend
Pickles and Rufus had a great time playing together this weekend. Now she is finishing her homework for tomorrow and her best buddy is snoozing by her chair:)
A touch of fall
Pickles is wearing a sweater to school this morning. It will come off later, but this morning a touch of fall is in the air. Of course Rufus always wears his sweater!
Waiting at the bus stop
Rufus weathered his bath, enjoyed his special treat for enduring it and is waiting for the bus with Mom and Pickles this morning. Have a nice day everyone:)
A trip to the groomer
Today is the day for Rufus’s B-A-T-H. Mom, Pickles and an unaware Rufus are on their way to see Lexi, the groomer. As we all know, Rufus does not like baths! Upon their return home a treat will be on his bed. They always make the day better. Good luck girls:)
It’s that time again…shhh…
Mom and Pickles are having a private conversation this morning….seems it’s time for Rufus to go to the groomer for a B-A-T-H. Shhhh…..don’t tell him!
First class assignment
Anastasia’s class had their first assignment. They had to tell their classmates what they did over the summer. Her story was filled with Rufus adventures!
First week of school
Pickles enjoyed her first week of school but Rufus missed his best friend. Mom did a great job keeping him busy until they picked her up at the bus stop. A new routine has begun:)
Community Picnic
Anastasia and Mom are already in the kitchen making potato salad and deviled eggs for their community picnic. Rufus doesn’t hang around the kitchen for potato salad droppings! He and Dad have gone for a long walk:) Have a great Labor Day everyone!
