Today Mom took a half day off and took Pickles and Rufus to the beach. Rufus will have nothing to do with the waves, but he sure loves to dig! Everyone had a great time.

Today has been too hot for Pickles and Rufus to play outside for very long. They are going over to Will’s house after dinner so Anastasia can swim. Rufus wants no part of the pool! Some doggies just don’t like the water:)

Pickles had a great time at the water park yesterday. Today everyone is going to the beach. Rufus and his cousin Charlie will spend the afternoon snoozing.

Anastasia’s cousins are visiting for a few days. Today they are having a big cookout and tomorrow is the water park! Their dog, Charlie, is with them, so Rufus will have lots of fun too!

Pickles and Rufus are having a great summer! This week Anastasia’s aunt Joy is visiting, which means a trip to the water park and special treats for Rufus!!

Pickles and Mom went to the library today. Pickles got five books to read to Rufus. He enjoys her reading and occasionally barks his approval:)

Pickles and Rufus are still snoozing this morning. While they sleep, Mom is making a banana pudding to surprise her little girl… a great start to the weekend!

Summer break is almost here! This afternoon Pickles will help Mom make brownies for the last day of school party tomorrow. Rufus will have his best friend at home everyday very soon!!

It’s Friday! Will, Anastasia’s neighbor, has invited her to play in his pool all weekend. Rufus is invited too. He loves to play with Will’s dog, Houston. No water for these doggies though! Have fun everyone:)
