Memorial Day
Anastasia and her parents are going to a Memorial Day service this morning. Later today they are attending a neighborhood cookout. Doggies are allowed if they are on a leash. Rufus is already waiting by the door!
It’s Friday AND early release today!!
It is Friday AND early release today at school for Pickles. Rufus and Mom will be there at 1:00 and off they will go to the park to play all afternoon! Have fun guys:)
No doggies allowed in the garden!
Today is the day that Pickles and Dad plant their summer garden. Their plants have been growing in Dad’s greenhouse and are strong enough to go into the earth now. Rufus is allowed to watch. No doggies allowed in the garden:)
Field trip to the art museum
Today Pickles is going on a field trip with her class to the art museum. Rufus can’t go this time, but he will be waiting at the bus stop with Mom this afternoon, ready to play fetch!
Happy Mothers Day!
Anastasia woke early this morning to give her mom the Mothers Day booklet she worked on for a week. Mom was so happy she started to cry and gave Pickles and Rufus a big hug. Rufus was quite puzzled by the tears, but Anastasia and Dad understood:) Happy Mothers Day to all our Mom friends…
Lots of Love for Mom
Pickles completed her mom’s Mothers Day card last night. It turned out to be a four page booklet with pictures, a poem and one big paw print! Lots of love went into THIS card!!
Front and Center!
Anastasia has nearly completed her mom’s Mothers Day card. Rufus’s paw print is front and center! He wouldn’t have it any other way:)
Shopping for supplies
Today, Anastasia and Dad are buying supplies for a Mother’s Day card for Mom. Pickles has a special project in mind and surely Rufus will be by her side to assist!
A Great Start
What a great start to the weekend! Pickles has early release from school today, so Mom just picked her up from school and they are headed to have a girls lunch and to buy Pickles some new tennis shoes! Rufus is waiting patiently by the door for their return…then he will give those tennis shoes…
A Wonderful Easter
Anastasia had a wonderful Easter. After church there were several Easter egg hunts in the neighborhood. Fortunately Rufus had his best doggie friend, Houston, over to play in the backyard while the hunt at their house took place in the front yard. A great time was had by all!
